What is MSSI: Continuum?

MSSI: Continuum is a national initiative aimed at supporting McNair Scholars as they transition into graduate school, offering optional assistance during their first two years of study.

The program provides tailored resources, mentorship, and community engagement opportunities to help students navigate the challenges of graduate education, ensuring they have the support needed for persistence and success.

Eligibility is primarily for graduating McNair Scholars who are preparing to enter graduate school, focusing on those who have demonstrated academic excellence and a commitment to equity in education. Students must also participate in the 2-day MSSI to receive the MSSI: Continuum services.

Participants can access workshops, networking events, academic advising, and peer support groups designed to enhance their graduate school experience and foster a sense of belonging.
